In-depth knowledge of the capital market industry and its regulatory framework.

Professional qualification in Business Management/Banking

Fully comply with Group Policy and standards on money laundering prevention or local regulatory requirements for the prevention of money laundering

Performed other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures

Bank training: i.e. mandatory & developmental – as per agreed development plan with line manager

Core bank funding for retirement savings, medical and life insurance, with flexible and voluntary benefits available in some locations

To provide competitive Treasury Product pricing to SCB frontliners

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university with 5 years experience

Priority has experience in Capital Market, company's trademark, licenses & advertisement process

Experiences in public company would be advantage

Analytical thinking, critical, wide knowledge, good communication

Make & review legal Agreement, legal opinion

Preparing and Coordinate the General Meeting of shareholders

Work partnership with colleague in Regional Global Markets to seek guidance and advice on product development opportunities, product pricing and issue.

Analyze and react to new regulation from Authorities and maintain collaboration with external department.

Collaborate with respected Treasury Team to promote new product and new system upgrading.

Support Money Market and ALM team in IDR funding through NCD Issuance or other alternative instruments.

Support in preparing and provide analysis on Department’s target profit, perform monitoring/ control department expense/ budget including Treasury balance scorecard.

Support Interbank in monitoring credit limit counterparty.

Menyelesaikan segala pekerjaan yang tertunda (pending matters) dan menyelesaikan tindak lanjut temuan audit

Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process

A minimum of 7 years of experience working as an Equity/Fixed Income/Credit Analyst and/or Portfolio Manager.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Bloomberg experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business, statistics, mathematics or relevant related fields;

Idea generation integrating a rigorous bottom-up approach with top-down macro views.
