Head Of Key Account - Ecommerce

:

• Strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives that align with a brand’s goals and objectives to grow the business.
• Formulate a storytelling to craft engaging campaigns for the brand to increase their brand awareness and visibility.
• Oversee all areas of brand & marketing (Merchandising, Promotion, Digital Marketing, Content, Creative).
• Complete ownership on ecommerce sales expansion, P/L - increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and excellence in the segment; and very number and ROI driven in fine tuning business plans based on performance.
• Manage third party relationships including but not limited to Internal / Group Media Company, Marketplace Platform, Advertising agencies, Technology firms, also negotiates and monitors quality and cost of services.
• Provide direction to the departmental team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and achieving management objectives.
• E-Commerce strategic partner for brands to develop their brand commerce strategy to penetrate the marketplace.

Qualifications :

• Mastering and able to develop sales business processes.
• Have good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, Branding Management, sales/merchandising, partnerships and owning a portfolio.
• Mastering Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience (Master's degree or equivalent is a plus).
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
• Having experience in the field of e-commerce will be an advantage
