Creative & Research Intern (Design/ Web Development)

We are looking for a Creative & Research Intern to assist the client account managers in the research and creative work for clients, and to undergo management training for account management.

The job responsibilities of the Creative & Research Intern (Design/ Web Development) include:

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Editorial work and vetting of submissions from junior writers (thought leadership articles, blogs, press articles, social media content)
• Web design and development (based on interest and experience)
• Handle day-to-day operations such as administrative duties and support client relationship management
• Media relations
• Content generation (creative design and copywriting) for social media accounts
• Editorial work, graphic designs
• Research and article writing
• Basic photography and video editing

Who We Are Looking For

To be eligible, candidates should be highly-motivated individuals who are willing to learn and deliver results. The candidate should preferably be equipped with the following professional skills and qualifications:

• Meticulous, independent and organised
• (Preferred) Basic experience in content management systems and web management - Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, Elementor, Webflow
• Proactive, energetic and result-oriented
• (Preferred) Intermediate photography skills, with own equipment
• Experience in SEO and SEM would be ideal
• Interest in marketing and social media management
• Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Communication or English Language courses
• Conversant with photo and video editing (portfolio required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially English), with the ability to converse in English, Bahasa, and Chinese (preferably, due to Chinese clientele)
