Ux Design Lead (Freelance Contract)

Flolab is a design consultancy agency company and now open a position for UX Design Lead (Freelance Contract)

Responsibilities

• Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.
• Maintain and further build design team workflows that ensure all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high quality standards.
• Demonstrate high quality design practices.
• Empower and mentor designers in the team, encourage a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for consistency
• Manage the UX design process from conception to launch
• Continually iterate on designs based on user feedback and business goals
• Lead design strategy activities to understand user needs & requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• 5+ years of experience in UX design industry
• Strong portfolio of UX design work that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on business outcomes
• Atleast 2 years experience leading a team of designers and working closely with stakeholders
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams
