Ux Researcher Jobs

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a users experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

About the Job:

• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences and propose reasonable improvements that can be implemented for UX purposes.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to define feature or improvement that can help increase or move our product metrics and user experience
• Implement quarterly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) in each work activities to ensure effectiveness of output quality of the product development process
• Defining, Planning and implementing research and usability testing using proper and suitable quantitative/qualitative methods
• Responsible for shaping and defining the ux researches that required for further product improvement
• Develop quantitative and qualitative exploratory/evaluative research plan and consider the most suitable method to be used
• Uncover what our users need from our products by conducting research, performing usability studies, and also working with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with the Product and UX team to ensure the quality of the delivered product meets the good standard of design, user experience and features.
• Conduct thorough data and research analysis from existing data and create suitable action items from those findings.
• Inspiring change, delivering findings, ,evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive and enjoyable

About You:

• Experience with conducting user/qualitative/field research
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
• Extensive knowledge of SQL, BigQuery or quantitative analysis is a must
• In-depth understanding of UI UX, various UX research method and product development
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Great in both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience of working in UX Research or product development field
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Self driven with high ownership and motivation
