Role Description

We are seeking a Full-time Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces for a broad range of digital solutions.

• Creating a design system for efficiency in product development
• Creating these design components with predefined visual and functional consistency
• Understanding of industry trends and user-centered design principles
• Ability to work independently and strong initiative to drive the project from concept to deliver
• Establishing visual and functional consistency in product development
• Creating a clear and structured guide on design principles, layout, colors, typography, and other fundamental elements
• Creating a design system for efficiency in developing reusable design components.
• Providing a basic framework for consistent page layouts.

Qualifications

• Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs with knowledge of accessibility standards
• Understanding of industry trends and user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX Design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Invision, Figjam, or Figma,
• Ability to work independently and strong initiative to drive the project from concept to delivery
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
