We embarked on our journey in 2020 with the Transfez app, aiming to simplify cross-border transfers that were previously limited to banks and legacy players. However, as we progressed and gained insights from our valued clients, particularly businesses, we realized that there were additional pain points they encountered beyond cross-border transfers. By actively listening and interacting with them, we developed a solution: Transfez for Business.

Jack replaces the Transfez for Business platform. As Jack will be the new face of the company brand, the Transfez consumer app will continue to be a vital part of our family as part of the Jack ecosystem.

Jack, as an all-in-one financial platform, integrating Corporate Card, International & Local Transfer, Bill Payment, Payroll, and Reimbursement for complete financial solutions, aimed to empower businesses from all sizes including startups, SMEs, and established enterprises.

As our product offerings have expanded, we are also expanding our team to match our own growth. We are looking for team players who are passionate about creating solutions for our customers and communities. Responsibilities:

• Formulate good design ideas and propose solutions to increase product usefulness and usability
• Excited to collaborate with everyone on the team: engineers, customer facing folks, etc—you believe inspiration can come from anywhere
• Explore product ideas through design and animation before executing them
• Demonstrate your prototype / design results to user and stakeholder
• Design mockups of new features and products for implementation
• Support the conversion optimization process and provide insight via research on potential new features and tools that can enhance UI/UX insight
• Establishing, promoting and evolving our unique design style by infusing industry best practices and standards with an innovative design team
• Care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work
• Implement and execute user testing
• Have a good judgement to push the most impactful ideas forward that will make users happy
• Proactively communicate with users and willing to constantly do so without encouragement
• Planning and conducting usability testing and evaluate user feedback
• Unify our existing web and mobile to create a central design theme, to provide a seamless user experience for our users
• Constantly improve the UI/UX of the product
• Translate the product vision into features, user-flow, design

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills—you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions and motivations; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Expert in either UI, UX or visual design but skilled in more disciplines across product design
• Have 3+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project while adhering to the project schedule
• Know how developer works (additional points)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
• Hands-on experience creating style guides, user journey maps, wireframes and hi-fi mock-ups, visual design, user interface patterns, layout best practices, etc.
• Proficient in mastering UX tools (overflow, sketch, Figma, invision / marvel)
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

Candidates MUST attach a portfolio or link of their recent top 3 -5 works that best demonstrate UI/UX skills.
