Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing design leadership and sharing best practices.
• Ensure design quality through design reviews, usability testing, and user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other designers to define and implement new features and improvements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and coherence across our products.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your design skills and process.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and front-end development, with the ability to write clean and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Experience with motion design and animation.
• Experience working in the blockchain or video game industry.
