User Experience (Ux) Researcher

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating user personas, user journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide the design and development process.
• Quantitative & Qualitative UX Website Audit
• Stay abreast of the latest UX research methodologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing our research practices.
• Analyze and interpret user data to identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities for improving the user experience.
• Create recommendations based on best practices from finding
• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather valuable insights for optimizing website performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and project managers, to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the digital marketing or web design industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting research findings and insights.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and user research platforms.
• Proven track record in conducting UX research, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Profound knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in their application.
