User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

a) Execute predetermined UAT testing script:

- 2 people – execute data flow and data transformation related testing

- 2 people – execute functional testing (eg. check the mapping and formula result) and reporting functionality (eg. check the accuracy amount and formula in reports)

b) Document the result of UAT.

c) Raise or flag defect when the testing result is not as expected.

d) Report and communicate the testing result to UOBI Finance project team.

e) Perform further instruction and other things to do in order to solve and close defects.

f) Assist UOBI team to support other respective things/items until system go-live.

Detailed criteria:

A. 2 resources with following criteria

1. Fresh graduates are welcome, no need prior work experience

2. Bachelor degree in IT and/or data subject related

3. Available to work immediately

4. Understand and have skill in SQL language (basic level)

5. Sufficient excel knowledge eg. sumif, lookup, pivot, index, match, etc.

6. Basic English communication skill, especially instruction (UAT script)

7. Willing to work overtime (if required)

B. 2 people with following criteria

1. Fresh graduates are welcome, no need prior work experience

2. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting

3. Available to work immediately

4. Sufficient excel knowledge eg. sumif, lookup, pivot, index, match, etc.

5. Basic English communication skill, especially instruction (UAT script)

6. Willing to work overtime (if required)
