Right now we are trying to expand our franchise, hence we are looking for Business Admin, Development & Franchise Manager who can grow our business together. Requirement for this position:

Able to understand business strategy and marketing strategy from a company point of view.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Discipline and high morality are required

Able to communicate & manage the projects & teams in a supportive environment

Minimum 2 years commitment

Work in Any City offline(since we must launch many branches in various area)

Responsibility:

Market Research, Find a potential business opportunity

Manage our offline branches, Engage with potential clients, and deal with the best conditions

Deal with our Franchise partners and supervise their business

Manage other staff's quality of work, performance, and mental, discipline

Look for the related events, expos, and exhibitions for our business

Work 40 hours / week, Monday - Saturday
