- Grow a healthy and sustainable portfolio of team under their supervision and ensure the portfolio is well maintained including customer rotation between sales
- Coordinate with all team members under supervision including the Relationship Officer (RO) and conduct training procedures for SOPs and SLAs
- Responsible for individual achievements to grow the number of qualified customers, Deposit and AUM Wealth ENR &; Wealth Revenue (Mutual Funds, Bonds, FX and Bancassuance) for the Privilege Banking segment of the Head team under the supervision of GSM
- Ensure sales processes follow current SOPs and SLAs, by mitigating all sales risks (zero tolerance) and improving sales discipline
- Responsible for the fulfillment and onboarding training of the team head and sales team under their supervision
- Lead the Cadence of Operations (SOW, EOW, SOD &; EOD) together with the team head and build a strong sales culture.
- Conduct regular training, monitor and motivate the team head and sales team every month and underperform, and help the career development of the team head and sales team and sales performance management to minimize the reduction of team members
- Ensure all team members are 100% certified for all required certifications
- Ensure achievement, productivity, achievement of the group, team, according to plan, by conducting continuous periodic monitoring and monitoring, and reporting results to the Sales Head
- Liaise with the Product Team & Specialist team for direction to have a better wealth Penetration rate, the number of products owned by customers, review or balance customer portfolio products
