You will...

• Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practices
• Act as guarantor for the image and policy of the brand
• Establish a partnership and a solid relationship with the accounts
• Improve the sales productivity through LSA
• Owns & drives all key sales initiatives originated by Region and Head Offices
• Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers
• Develop, monitor and manage customer account portfolio, in accordance with division strategy and brand affairs
• Apply and lead the commercial business strategy to achieve sales targets.

You have…

• Has ability to seek new trends and opportunities based on data then turn it into sales
• Having 2-3 years working experience as Sales Supervisor
• Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in any major from top tier university
• Interested on beauty industry esp hair category.
• Proficient in English
