Responsibilities

• Executing outbound sales initiatives such as digital canvassing,finding prospects, organizing sales meeting, conducting presentations, and closing deals
• Identify client problem and recommend an appropriate solution
• Target-driven sales professional to meet client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
• Managing the sales process through internal CRM software
• Actively seek out new opportunities through networking, Linkedin and other social media

Qualifications

• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent planning, listening, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in SaaS (HR Industry) will be preferable.
• Ability to drive the sales process from planning to close;
• Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably Business, Communications, PR.
• At least 2-3 year of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in the B2B environment
• Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization;
• Target-driven Sales professional with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
