• Manage the P&L for the business division all the way up to the bottom line Control margins, and costs, finalize pricing, budget sales force cost, and other selling expenses, etc. 2. Develop business and sales strategy including action plans and ensure that they align to the company strategy. 3. Oversee and manage the sales force and all resources including third parties in the team to grow sales profitably and maximize “feet on the street” and “face-to-face contact”. 4. Develop the division budget and ensure all expenditures are in line with the approved budget. 5. Ensure global account and corporate commitment have been efficiently, effectively delivered, and in line with corporate strategy. 6. Ensure that all business operations taken by team members are transparent and comply with all corporate policies and guidelines. 7. Supervise, develop, coach, and motivate team members to deliver the best performance in order to achieve business objectives as planned. 8. Liaise with concerned parties both internal and external organizations to ensure that the business objectives have been achieved as desired.
