𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

We are looking for someone who has an HR background or a keen interest in HR who would be excited about the opportunity to take ownership of operational HR related tasks. Our ethos is very much based on a Seamless, Fun and Connected environment, where we are all focused towards helping create self stewarding students and staff in schools. This role will put you at the centre of our really exciting project, and will be an important support in enabling e-spaces to achieve its vision.

Area of support include the following:

·Review, update and write people-related policies and processes.

·Recruiting, Selecting, Onboarding, and training employees and volunteers have clear guidelines on processes and policies.

·Oversight of the governance of the company’s operations to ensure that we operate with the highest integrity and comply with all people-related legislative requirements.

·Assist in putting together the documentation and procedure for onboarding and engagement of volunteers and employees across the company.

·Supporting the strategic direction of the Human Resources function, working with the CEO and later the leadership team to set a people strategy and working through implementation.
