THE POSITION

What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Team Leader Study Advisor. In general, you will lead the SA team to fulfill and achieve target. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Train and coach SA team to improve selling skill
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone to achieve individual and team target
• Lead and drive SA team to achieve revenue target
• Collaborate with relevant superiors to achieve company’s OKR
• Monitor and Report SA performance on weekly and monthly basis (company and individual)

Requirements and specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Proficient in operating google suites, especially spreadsheet, lookerstudio, and G-slides
• Solid experience as team leader or trainer in sales, preferably products related to education or insurance
• Proven track record in sales target achievement
• Have a 2 year experience leading a team
• A hands-on leader with good attitude
• Self-starter and proactive problem solver
