Have a 2 year experience leading a team

Lead and drive SA team to achieve revenue target

Monitor and Report SA performance on weekly and monthly basis (company and individual)

Collaborate with relevant superiors to achieve company’s OKR

First Operational Supervisor Certification (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) is preferrable.
