Job Summary:

As a Rolls-Royce Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Your role will involve coordinating service appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and liaising with the service team to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs. By providing a seamless and personalized experience, you will contribute to maintaining the outstanding reputation of Rolls-Royce.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, establishing a positive rapport.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, accurately documenting customer concerns and vehicle conditions.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
• Communicate recommended repairs, associated costs, and timelines to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide them with relevant information.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up calls with a focus on prompt resolution.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and passion for luxury automotive brands, particularly Rolls-Royce.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer concerns.
• Previous experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry or a hospitality background with a strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in using computer systems and service software.
