Job Description

:

  • To develop people management to deliver the strong commitment of high quality service to company's IT customers.
  • Good collaboration to service manager, exchange technical and sales information to ensure right technical proposal with the right budgetary and control on the operation side to secure profitability growth
  • To develop and implement the Operational Strategy so as to achieve sustainable profitable growth in line with divisional plans and ensure customer satisfaction.


Job Qualification

  • Be responsible for all technical staff’s competence development from mapping, training to certification.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction measured by regular surveys.
  • Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counseling of the employees.
  • Continuously standardize and improve the service operation workflow so as to improve the quality and efficiency.
  • Take full responsibility for the service operation team including service operation capacity fulfillment and technical people/competence development to meet the business growth requirement.
  • Be responsible for the service operational KPIs and ensure the target fulfillment.
  • Develop and optimize the South East Asia service network of all fields, workshops and onsite to ensure the lead time, quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers to identify the customer’s requirement, analyze their demand and deliver a gap closure plan. This may include working with the service team on problem solving for technical issues.
  • Plan and manage the service operational budget to ensure the efficiency of IT service.
  • Interact with other functions (such as project and sales) to set up and optimize the cross functional processes.
  • Audit the existing workflow to make sure of the execution.
