About The Technical Advisor Role

This position will report to the Key Account Manager and make sure the Site Camp operations running well in accordance with targets and standards through providing advice/suggestions in every operational aspect.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the needs for effective and efficient man power planning (MPP) for the All Site division
• Develop Camp Management operational strategies and policies, which are needed to achieve the set revenue and profit targets
• Develop strategies to maintain good relations with existing customers in the All Site Division
• Provide recommendations for service improvement and cost management to Key Account Managers and Directors
• Conduct data analysis to create budgets and work program priorities for the Site division, including: The needs for operational costs in the department, investment needs, and the needs for customer service
• Monitor customer needs and feedback to achieve customer satisfaction/KPI
• Develop appropriate staffing plans to suit the needs of the All Site division
• Monitor employees performance evaluations in their divisions to find employees who can be categorised as Talents

To succeed in this Technical Advisor role, you must be strong in managing high number of people.

Key Requirements

• At least diploma degree from any major
• Previously managed mining site camp with more than 10,000 people on board
• Certified about ISO 22000 (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
• 10 years of work experience in managing mining site camp operational such as catering, laundry, housekeeping, gardening, etc.
• Able to handle complaints claims from users or clients
• Good attitude and behaviour, honest
• Able to communicate properly and correctly
• Excellent strategical thinking and leadership skills
