Demand Planning & Inventory Management (Open For Fresh Grad)

JOB SUMMARY:

As DPIM team, you will be responsible to analyze data and execute projects to make sure Blibli warehouses can support daily operations and operations during peak periods. A successful candidate within DPIM team will have strong analytical skills, good time management, and have backbone-disagree-commit mentality. DPIM team responsibilities will include the following: schedule truck arrival at warehouse, do inventory transfer between warehouses (inside and outside Jakarta), identify inventory health status at warehouse (normal, aging, expired, defect), mitigate any disputes between warehouses internally and externally, and manage warehouse control tower. Additionally, DPIM team will work with trade partnership (purchasing department) to flush out aging products and to increase inventory level for products below safety level.

JOB DESC

• Conduct forecasting based on the historic data.
• Make sure warehouse associates follow the standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Collect and calculate warehouse data and make it into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate tasks that involve multiple teams (Trade Partnership, Operations,
• Understand warehouse operations.
• Understand business objectives and create projects to achieve/ exceed business goals.
• Automate all manual works/ reports.
• Interpret data and formulate reports.
• Technology, and Logistics).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Good time management.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
