Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management.

Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

Collect and calculate warehouse data and make it into actionable items, reports, and presentations.

Conduct forecasting based on the historic data.

Interpret data and formulate reports.

Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and market dynamics

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, statistics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and forecasting techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and address demand planning challenges

At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in distribution/ FMCG field is required for this position

At least 1 year of experience in the same level

Forecasting process for supply and demand

Stock and delivery monitoring to all Indonesia area

Validating all data to be use in business analysis

Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.

· Propose and manage data driven system improvement.

· Excellence in MS Excel/Google Sheet, have experience with SQL/Phyton and Power BI is preferred.

· Develop effective forecasting models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

· Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast and bias accuracy.

· Monitoring and reporting on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies

· Work with data scientists and data engineers to help build and operationalize supply chain solutions.

Working knowledge on IT commodities, e.g., outsourcing, infrastructure, etc, within project or IT BAU

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and market dynamics

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and forecasting techniques

Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Define and publish demand planning metrics targets.

In-depth understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

Do in depth research and analysis to predict consumer demand so as to manage inventory and guide supply chain operations.

Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in demand and forecasting roles.

Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

Experience in using Future Master and or SAP would be an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of comfort to deliver monthly S&OP presentation.

Bachelor's degree major in Engineering with 2 years experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Adequate excel skills is preferable, doing VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, etc.

Must be able to understand the logic of how our cups sold can translate to RM, PM, and sometimes supplies requirements

Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time, and be able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment.

Perform monthly promotion review with marketing to get the potential increase in sales by SKU
