Job Purpose and Impact
The Demand Planning Manager will supervise a medium sized team of demand planners through the creation of demand plans for a large product offering with high planning complexity, including data inputs, statistical forecasting, incorporation of commercial intelligence and new or discontinued products. In this role, you will direct the creation of robust demand plans, work with financial planning teams to monetize this output and lead the business through the demand review of the integrated business planning cycle.
Key Accountabilities

• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure process documentation is maintained and current.
• Review and publish demand planning metrics targets.
• Supervise the maintenance of data relative to demand forecasting including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data and forecast model parameters.
• Guide teams through measurable outcomes of the integrated business planning cycle.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of demand planning experience
• Experience in forecasting, complex demand planning, market analytics and scenario planning
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Good knowledge/ experience with SAP IBP and/ or Power BI
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Bachelor degree or above with 8 years' experience across multiple product category or business lines
• Advanced user of Excel
• Experience in leading sales and operating plans involving multiple stakeholders
