Exposure and experience with creating dashboards of Tableau, PowerBI, etc

This includes managing inventory levels, monitoring logistics operations, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Collaborating with logistics providers to coordinate shipping activities and track shipments for timely delivery.

Monitor and ensure inbound/ outbound activities can be executed smoothly.

· Propose and manage data driven system improvement.

· Excellence in MS Excel/Google Sheet, have experience with SQL/Phyton and Power BI is preferred.

· Develop effective forecasting models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

· Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast and bias accuracy.

· Monitoring and reporting on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies

· Work with data scientists and data engineers to help build and operationalize supply chain solutions.

Knowledge of Inventory Management Processes, Production Scheduling & Control, and MRP Systems.

Possess a working knowledge of strategic planning, forecasting and inventory planning, management budgeting practices and the capital planning process.

Work with supply chain team to determine capacity and FPI inventory requirements for production, packing, warehouse, and shipping.

Manage the SKU holdings at all facilities in the region and contribute to the long range planning process.

Manage the forecasting and planning tools and processes including developing new or modified tools.

Understanding of plant capabilities, throughput constraints of the plant units and each plant’s bottleneck, rates and cycle times.

Share learnings such as findings and documented lessons from virtual coaches about their training experiences.

Sufficient knowledge in health-related risks such as chronic diseases and the implication to the fitness program the client needs to do

Interpersonal skills - ability to make human-connection with clients

Good decision-making skills & attention to detail

Nutrition basics (incl. macronutrients requirements, body composition)

Run virtual training for FITA platform customers at times agreed between the coach and the client

Solid understanding of supply planning and inventory management practices and procedures

Proven work experience 10 years as a Demand Planner or a similar role

Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant working experience in the chemical industry background would be an advantage

Estimating future demand for an organization’s products or services and analyzing inventory flow to build forecasting models.

Min. 8 years experience in Demand Planner, Supply Chain in manufacture industry

Review regular shipment and sales volume and develop improvement plan

Sales performance review for better understanding of market demand situation

Create strategy, SIP targets, and annual business plan

Secure machine coverage, production capacity and achieve inventory plan

Develop proper production plan based on forecast to ensure on-time cargo ready

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Three years of supervisory experience

Five years of demand planning experience

Define and publish demand planning metrics targets.

In-depth understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

Do in depth research and analysis to predict consumer demand so as to manage inventory and guide supply chain operations.

Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in demand and forecasting roles.

Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

Experience in using Future Master and or SAP would be an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of comfort to deliver monthly S&OP presentation.
