Job Description

Sagala is the first Multibrand Virtual Restaurant that combines Cloudkitchen business model with a Digitally Native Vertical Brand concept. We have 8 brands & 32 outlets all over Indonesia.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the DPIC team to control and analyze the material planning and inventory movement for more than 30s outlets
  • Coordinate with the related functioned team to run the business effectively for the business improvement
  • Make the decision plan for the issues related to inventory planning and control
  • Optimize the inventory level value, availability rate, safety stock and buffer, and inventory accuracy for more than 30s outlets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in forecasting, complex demand planning, and usage-trend analytics
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and address demand planning challenges
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and market dynamics
  • Minimum of Three years of Demand Planning Experience, but other minimum qualifications may apply
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
