Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Develop regular demand requests tailored to the business unit or channel needs.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the service level agreement.
• Use the model to predict future demand.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
• Implement corporate cultural values to promote a supportive work environment for the team.
• Review and improve the accuracy of demand forecasts and requests, proposing solutions for enhancement.
• Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, to understand factors affecting demand, such as promotions, production delays, vendor updates, etc.
• Demonstrate self-leadership in daily work and foster strong cooperation between teams and departments.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Analyze historical sales trends, stock, and other data statistics to create a forecast model.

Does it match your criteria?

• Experience in FMCG Company is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Demand Planning or PPIC field.
• Proficient in Forecasting, Inventory Management, Data Analysis, and Statistics Tools (SPSS).
