Supply And Demand Planner Assistant Manager

Your Tasks:

• Coordinate with Production Center regarding product supply discrepancies and quality issues.
• Generate monthly demand forecasting rolling 18 months for Sell-in-Plan and control the translation progress to Supply Chain ie MOP/APO, NDF and MIP to Production Centers or other suppliers.
• Create an optimum monthly order planning to production center according to a proper supply planning process.
• Manage all report related to planning sub department and publish to all stake holders.
• Actively lead pre- S&OP meeting together with S&CM team to make sure that all consensus plan is resulting the reliable forecast to support the business.
• Manage replenishment plan from Production Center to Hubs and stock transfer between Hubs.
• Maintain Master Data and all planning parameters related to Planning system run by SAP APO & R3.

Your Profile:

• Having min 3-5 years' experience in similar position in FMCG industry.
• Min bachelor's degree from any major.
• Able to operate MS excel in intermediate level: lookup, pivot and chart development. SAP knowledge is preferable.
• Fluent in English will be preferable.
• Able to manage stake holders and and able to work as a one team.
• Good analytical, conscientious, and attention to detail.
