Bachelor's degree with minimun 3+ years of experience in supply and demand management

Proven experience in supply and demand management in frozen food industry

Manage the inventory planning process to ensure optimal levels of stocks are maintained to meet customer demand

Work with sales, marketing, finance and operations to align plans and objectives while maintaining a balance of short-term and long-term

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in using supply and demand software and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in any major with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning.

Skills : Well verse with Demand planning in Advance Excel, should know the formulas, able to give presentation.

Co-ordination with all relevant stakeholder for completing the target of demand received or generated, represents consensus view of future demand.

Ensure that order is fulfilled for customer export with on time delivery based on confirmation from customer.

Ensure Maintenance of relevant demand systems including DPT , SAP and IBP.

Tools Know : IBP and SAP is Mandatory, good in Excel (Advance Excel)

Database Management: Understanding of database concepts and basic SQL skills to retrieve and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Skills in effectively managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and collaborating on demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Risk Management: Ability to assess and mitigate supply chain risks

E-commerce Platforms: Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces to manage digital inventory and fulfill online orders efficiently.

• Communicate regularly with store managers to understand on-the-ground demands and challenges.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems

Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts.

Coordinates and Manages Production Planners, Buyers and Order Management Team.

Min. bachelor degree in Supply Chain & Logistic Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.

8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a multinational environment, experience in manufacturing company is a plus.

Posses Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills

Strong Analytical Skill, Accurate and Meticulous.

Familiar with ERP, experience in SAP is a plus.

Well-versed with forecasting, inventory management and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in multinational businesses in the APAC region is preferred

Collaborating with logistics providers to coordinate shipping activities and track shipments for timely delivery.

Monitor and ensure inbound/ outbound activities can be executed smoothly.

Manage replenishment plan from Production Center to Hubs and stock transfer between Hubs.

Manage all report related to planning sub department and publish to all stake holders.

Having min 3-5 years' experience in similar position in FMCG industry.

Able to operate MS excel in intermediate level: lookup, pivot and chart development. SAP knowledge is preferable.

Able to manage stake holders and and able to work as a one team.

Manage budgets for demand generation campaigns and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
