Suppy Demand Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Communicate, collaborate, negotiate with suppliers/vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance
• Maintain supply demand inventory and records
• Work with sales, marketing, finance and operations to align plans and objectives while maintaining a balance of short-term and long-term
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply and demand processes
• Manage the inventory planning process to ensure optimal levels of stocks are maintained to meet customer demand
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
• Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, return)
• Strategy, Evaluation and KPI target

Qualification

• Proven experience in supply and demand management in frozen food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in using supply and demand software and data analysis tools.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing supply and demand challenges.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree with minimun 3+ years of experience in supply and demand management
