At least 3 years of experience in product management roles

Basic to advance knowledge of data product management tools and a solid understanding of MS Excel

Background in computer engineering/business management/research is highly desired

Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear objectives and execution details, including details on short-long term product goals

Translate between business to technical requirements or needs

Manage and distribute workload to team members while maintaining team performance

Responsible to follow up customers' requirements, including visa application, company registration and other businesses inquiry;

Experience in visa or tourism industry is preferred;

Responsible for the collection and review of relecant materials;

Keep abreast of visa trends and learn the latest visa information;

Maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction;

2-3 years customer service experience with good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Some sales experience will be an advantage.

Liaise closely with internal functions like operations, sales, finance etc to answer customers queries and order fulfilment.

Managing customer accounts, compiling monthly usages/orders statements, giving instructions to finance for invoicing and payment matters.

Acquired Work Experience and Skills

Undergraduate degree or similar education.

Ability to be responsive within a remote work setting.

Dabbling with (previous experience) sales is a big plus.

Provide support in following areas: Maintenance, Selling Service, Service Contract Fulfilment, Mandatory Kits, Customer Management and Parts Supply Chain

Support Technical Account Manager in the preparation of sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources.

 A university education with post-graduate/under-graduate in Engineering

Having an internship experience in production / process / manufacturing would be highly advantage.

Believe in team work and like to take the responsibilities

English (mandatory), any additional language skill will be added advantage.
