Job Descripption

• Maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction;
• Keep abreast of visa trends and learn the latest visa information;
• Responsible for the collection and review of relecant materials;
• Responsible to follow up customers' requirements, including visa application, company registration and other businesses inquiry;

Job Requirements

• No need to develop customers yourself, and the company has professional training.
• Good sense of service, patient and responsible, active in work;
• Good communication skills, customer relationship management skills and negotiation skills.
• Maximum 20 years old；
• Experience in visa or tourism industry is preferred;

工作内容：

• 维护客户关系，提高客户满意度；
• 负责相关资料的收集和审核；
• 及时了解签证动态，学习签证最新信息；
• 负责对接客户的业务需求，包括签证办理、公司注册等业务；

岗位要求：

• 20岁或以上；
• 不需要自己开发客户，并且公司有专业培训。欢迎懂印尼语的中国籍人员或懂中文的印尼籍人员应聘，谢谢。
• 具有良好的服务意识，有耐心及责任心，工作主动积极；
• 有签证或旅游行业工作经验的优先；
• 良好的沟通能力、客户关系管理能力和谈判能力；
