Candidate must be fluent in English

This is a full-time role, located at our offices in South Jakarta.

Candidate should be willing to work overtime and attend to inquiries outside of regular business hours.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Client Service & Relationship Manager atau pengalaman di bidang edukasi dan industri

Membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan Client

Mengelola dan melatih para Client Service atau Customer Service

Merencanakan tujuan yang efektif bagi kepuasan pelanggan

Membuat dan merencanakan program Loyalty Client

Berinteraksi dengan Client, menjawab setiap pertanyaan Client, dan memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai

Good communication skills, customer relationship management skills and negotiation skills.

Responsible to follow up customers' requirements, including visa application, company registration and other businesses inquiry;

Experience in visa or tourism industry is preferred;

Responsible for the collection and review of relecant materials;

Keep abreast of visa trends and learn the latest visa information;

Maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction;
