Business Development Specialist (Staffing Services)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with recruiter and sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives and methods to achieve our revenue targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new opportunities and develop effective marketing materials for staffing services
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and results
• Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including HR managers and recruiters
• Acquiring and converting potential clients in Indonesia
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships
• Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
• Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements

Qualifications

• Prefer having experience in staffing company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Min 2 years of sales or business development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Excellent written and verbal in english
