Overview:
A BAS Service Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Building Automation System (BAS) service account. This includes providing customer service, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that the BAS system is running efficiently and effectively.Detailed Job Description:
The BAS Service Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service to clients and managing customer accounts. This includes responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the BAS system, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring that the system is running efficiently and effectively.
