Job Description

Job Responsibility :

  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting-discovery-solution proposing-presentation-negotiating-closing).
  • Able to follow up on customer business requirements post-implementation to identify additional potential opportunities.
  • Aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts.
  • Plan and build a solid pipeline on qualified sales opportunities and proactively follow-up leads.
  • Responsible for Identify potential clients in the targeted market and do research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery team to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.


Minimum Qualifications :

  • Min +1 year experience as IT Account Manager with ERP as the product.
  • Experience in Microsoft products should be preferred
  • Experience in a range of Sales Cycle and Account Management in IT solutions business industry
  • Having knowledge in IT functional or technical work of scope
