Sr. Account Executive Jobs

:

1. Overseeing a team of account executives to ensure that sales objectives are achieved
2. Setting reasonable sales quotas to be achieved by the sales team
3. Maintain good relationships with existing customers
4. Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers
5. Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
6. Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
7. Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
8. Achieving sales targets and client existence

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree from any major
2. Min. 2 years experienced in brand activation, event or digital field
3. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
4. Excellent leadership and management skills
5. Familiar with TikTok influencer/KOL
6. A hard worker and target oriented
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Willing to work in Puri, West Jakarta
