Marketing Management Trainee Jobs

:

- Provide comprehensive study and financial analysis for any tenant representation services;

-Maintain and provide clients with services during and after the process;

-Strategize optimum and workable solution to the process;

-Review lease documents and provide best solutions in real estate terms;

-Update tenancy database;

-Actively update space availability / tenant database;

-Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc;

-Conduct inspections.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English both oral and written

-Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)

-Discipline and self motivated

-Attractive appearance

-Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and problem solving skills

-High passion and knowledge for property Good interpersonal skills
