Marketing Partnership Officer Jobs

Manage end-to-end client relationships including meeting, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

Acquire new partners, develop new partnerships ideas, maintain the relationships with existing partners and other potential industries to collaborate with.

Develop new partnerships ideas / projects, including co-branding, co-marketing, or event partnerships.

Forecast, measure, monitor, and analyze the partnership campaigns’ result.

Accountable for performance of Partnership Channel (new customer and revenue).

Proficient in event management and community engagement skills

Community and media partnership management:

Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, partnerships, or related roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Identify and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and achieve marketing goals.

Willing to assist other projects assigned by the manager to support the overall performance of the team if needed;

Having experience in influencer marketing/brand partnership for 2 - 4 years in FMCG industry or agency is preferred;

Organize and calendar Partnership Marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing and/or sales calendar;

Collaborate with other departments (designers, social media etc.) to align with marketing and/or sales targets;

Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as finalizing payments and promotional documentation;

Willing to travel where required

Analyse incoming partnership proposals and make suggestions for upper management review.

Manage, lead, and nurture team under the Marketing team, taking responsibility for its growth and development.

5+ years of experience in a marketing partnership role, used to co-creating campaign strategy with partners

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in event management and community engagement skills

Community And Media Partnership Management

A bachelor’s degree in Economy, business management / Marketing Management. Postgraduate will be prioritized.

Manage and grow relationships with all existing and future partners across wide ranging product verticals.

10 -12 Years of experience in Marketing / Sales across various industries, preferably Digital, media, marketing Agencies, fintech, E-commerce.

Well rounded communications, assertive, strong negotiations & presentation skills

At least 1 year of experience in B2B Partnership

Identify potential partnership scheme in lined with PCU's mission statement

Provide education about plastic waste’s value and good waste management by using circular economic concept to the community.

Support other parties’ programs which related to circular economy on waste management by give participation and / or other support needed

Conduct development for sustainability program of the company's products with implementing circular economy concept to overcome un-managed plastic waste problems.

2 years of working experience in similar position and/or industry would be an advantage.

Has the experience in doing financial modeling, feasibility studies will be a plus point.

Conduct innovation on sustainability program, especially for plastic products, to support circular economy concept.

Develops & manages ongoing relationship with online partners, supporters and sponsors for acquisitions.

At least 5+ yrs experience as product marketer/partnership role

Experience in early stage tech and working with global direct sales & channel enablement teams is a plus

Ability to manage multiple work streams, loves to problem-solve, and can efficiently guide a collaborative process

Experience presenting to c-suite and executives
