Researching customizing market trend and competitor's strategy

Set up the customizing model line up and products

Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development

Experience in Training , distribution system and supply chain is preferred

Previous experience in handling Channel (Traditional, Modern, Online & Direct to Consumer)

Experience in updated technology such as DMS and SFA

Responsible to lead Sales Development Division

Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the sales team and management for decision-making purposes.

Follow up projects based on Main PIC request

Monitor payment transaction and do simple analysis

Revamp Bank promo business proposal slides

Flexibility and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others

Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing

Customer Service & Experience management is relatively low

Implement and manage the fulfillment of Sales’ Standard competency framework

Lead the technical and soft-skill training and development of new employees, current employees

Manage and further utilize our Sales CRM features - integrating our business process.

Utilize and manage our sales data - mine it for further decision making analysis.
