GLAIR is a startup focusing on ABCD-X (Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud computing, Data & analytics) technology. We offer e-KYC, OCR, Generative AI (ChatGPT-like), and AI-powered Planogram Compliance solutions. As GLAIR VP of Sales, we expect you to be willing to learn about the exciting development of AI and technology in general.
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our sales strategy, forging key partnerships, and establishing our presence in the market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced startup environment and make a significant impact on the growth and success of the company.
We currently have three available positions: one in Jakarta, one in Bandung, and one in Surabaya. The position in Jakarta is for the Vice President of Sales, while the positions in Bandung and Surabaya are for General Managers of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI software consulting.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and potential clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for the executive team.
Work Location:
Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.
- Strong digital and technology acumen, with a solid understanding of AI software solutions and their applications.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly driven to exceed targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology, software, or AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably within a startup environment.
