As an e-commerce platform, Blibli.com enables the supply chain division to run and operate with cutting edge technology in our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS). We also have a seamless connection between our WMS and TMS that makes us unique, effective, and efficient compared to other traditional and technology companies.

The Vice President of Warehouse reports directly to Senior Vice President of Logistic & Warehouse. As the leader of the warehouse team, the Vice President of Warehouse will assume a strategic, tactical aspects and critical role in strengthening warehouse operations. The Vice President of Warehouse will take ownership for entirety of the Fulfillment process (picking, packing, and outbound), Inbound process, Stock Control process.

On the day to day activities, The Vice President of Warehouse has full responsibilities for budget, cost targets, material packaging availability, warehouse safety, warehouse improvements, operations guided by SOP, people development, and KPIs across all aspects of warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership in managing a large number of people.

• Minimum eight years of relevant work experience.
• Proven achievements in managing multiple large warehouses in various locations.
