Team: We are a small and dynamic team of 11 people including 6 based in Jakarta, Indonesia. With ambitious plans to grow the implementation of our projects, we are looking for a Head of Business Development to support our growth plans.

ABOUT THE ROLE: FINANCE & ADMIN ASSISTANT MANAGER
You will handle all accounting, tax, and administrative tasks. You participate actively in the life of the company and the projects. You will directly report to the Head of Operation and you will have 1 person in the team to assist you with Admin & HR related work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with external parties such as tax agents, banks, local tax and govt authorities
- Prepare monthly payroll calculation and payments (Income Tax, BPJS, Private Health Insurance)
- Ensure compliance with all internal and statutory finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, accounting practices
- Liaise annual audit with external auditorand ensure timely completion
- Process & execute bank and cash transactions: Vendor payments, Tax payments, Payroll, Reimbursement, etc.
- Ensure timely reporting(drive month end, year-endclosing process, prepare monthly, quarterly and annualaccounts’ schedules and financial statementsin compliance with reporting standards. )
- Safeguarding accurate daily records,administrating documentation and files.
- Prepare, submit, report, and file all tax matters that related to business activities (VAT, WHT 21, WHT 23, WHT 4 (2), Corporate Income Tax)
- Prepare quarterly LKPM report
- Manage accounting day to day operations and record all transactions accurately using accounting systems (Xero) for Holding and subsidiary companies (Bank reconciliation, Journal entry, Fixed assets management, Bill & Invoice records)
- Regularly update, learn and gain knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations, practices and proceduresandreview and possibly suggest updates where needed for Management approval
- Supervise HR-related matters such as working contract arrangement, BPJS & Private insurance administration, hiring process, annual leave, team survey, personnel administration, etc.
- Assist in corporate secretary works

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Key soft skills : Rigour and method; Ability to work autonomously; Attention to detail
- Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant fields including but not limited to Accounting and Tax
- Sound knowledge in accounting & tax regulations, and proficiency in accounting software and financial audits
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in Accounting
- Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing
