I am hiring on behalf of our overseas client that runs as an Ad Tech Solution Consultancy.
What do you need to do?
● Assist in generating and distributing invoices and statements of account to the appropriate customers ensuring that all figures are accurate
● Assist in generating and providing periodic accounting reports to management
● Assist with the day-to-day vendor invoices and related documents
● Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures
● Coordinate with the Group's overseas offices for daily finance operations
● Assist in supporting general administrative office work and HR functions
● Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
What do you need to have?
● Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in accounting
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
● Experience in IT/Digital technology/Digital Marketing environment is advance
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
● Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
