Pick up incoming call/operator assistance
  • Distribute letter, document, fax and invoice from external to various
  • Received external letter, document, fax and invoice
department/employees
  • Send out letter, document, fax and invoice from company to customer
by courier service or mail
  • Welcome guests/visitors to the office HR & GA
  • Search new vendor for quotation to make comparison and give to HR
  • Make new local purchase order in Oracle, create new vendor/customer
  • Record and file HR & Admin documents from external and internal
Advisor Sr to approval
  • Handle incoming invoice & processing related HRGA. Prepare the payment
  • Make Purchasing Request
for supplier/vendor, work with Finance.
  • Arrange of car pickup and hotel for overseas guests, handle booking air
ticket for employee’s travel
  • Do purchase, control and administer for stationery and pantry supply.
  • Co-ordinate with the document company/Legal Documents and help HR to
renewal or extension the document, such as TDP, NPIK, Domicile, SRP,
APIT, STNK, Vehicle license, etc
  • Help HR Advisor Sr for Administration work, handle employee leave and
attendance list, sick leave, permit form, coordinate with BM for parking etc
  • Responsible to prepare all things related to the new employee needed
such as workstation, name card, nameplate, access IT, office equipment,
health insurance card, Identity Card, NPWP, Bank, parking card, etc.
  • Handle employee insurance (report a new member / deduct member to
Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan)
  • Handle and process a new or extend the business visa for Donaldson’s
visitors/staff
  • Assist with exhibition preparations and marketing equipment
