Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

Responsible for account and relationship development and management, at all levels of the customer organisation.

Responsible for administration of overall strategic account plan, opportunity management, competitive displacement targeting, and pipeline development within CRM tool.

Provide sales and executive management with account updates, sales forecasts, etc.

Demonstrate thorough understanding of the customer's business priorities and initiatives. Discuss relevant trends and priorities integrating industry knowledge and solution knowledge.

Proven software sales experience or industry experience in a consultative selling role.

Significant experience leading multimillion dollar sales campaigns.

● Assist in generating and providing periodic accounting reports to management

● Coordinate with the Group's overseas offices for daily finance operations

● Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

● Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in accounting

● Experience in IT/Digital technology/Digital Marketing environment is advance

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with the latest accounting and tax regulations with audit experience.

Work closely with Project Manager and prepare Commercial Invoice.

Prepares and coordinate with the external auditors for the completion of yearly Audited Financial Statements and any other related requirements.

Liaise with Bank Relationship Manager for foreign currency settlement.

Accounting degree or relevant qualification.

5 – 10 years of relevant experience.

Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including processing bills, ensuring timely payments, and handling expense reimbursement.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance.

Strong organizational skills, ability to track prospects, and proficiency in multitasking.

Provide support during audits and tax audits by coordinating and providing necessary documentation and information.

Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems, programs, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Perform various accounting duties and handle ad hoc requests as required to support the financial operations of the organization.

Experienced with accounting at least 1 years

Experienced with start-up culture will be a plus

Have a strong knowledge of accounting system, tax, and legal

Prepare a structural financial report monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Provide assistance for the month-end and year-end closing process.

Coordinate with the internal and external parties for day-to-day business activities.

Degree holder in Finance/Accounting from a renowned university.

Minimum experience of 1 year working as a position of accounting staff, shipping/freight forwarding background is preffered (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Good knowledge of the Accurate Accounting Systems so you should be tech-friendly.

Proficiency in MS. Office applications, Strong MS. Excel spreadsheet skills in financial modeling.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different nationalities and levels.

Solid understanding of accounting system.

Providing financial advice and guidance to senior management

At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience using XERO

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards

Excellent skills in financial analysis and reporting

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Prepare management report ( Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash summary, Acc. Payable, Acc. receivable) and send it to management

Assist the Account & Finance manager, country managers as necessary

Prepare general monthly expenses, provide report to Business Analyst and present to management

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

Experience in using financial software

Experience in using Internet banking
