Account And Finance Executive

Role Summary:

This role will be covering for our current Account & Finance Executive during her maternity leave

Employment Type: Freelance

Duration: 5 Months

Target Start Date: 1st June 2023

In this role, you will:

• Calculate & Report monthly Income tax
• Reconcile bank statements and proceed to the system (Xero)
• Prepare Cashflow (actual & projection)
• Prepare and process payment (Including checking expenditure file: Invoice, receipts, payroll and etc)
• Prepare management report ( Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash summary, Acc. Payable, Acc. receivable) and send it to management
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist the Account & Finance manager, country managers as necessary
• Handle bookkeeping
• Prepare general monthly expenses, provide report to Business Analyst and present to management

You could be a good fit if you are/have:

• Knowledge of tax regulation
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience in using financial software
• Experience in using Internet banking
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Advanced MS Excel skills
