Junior Associate In Accounting And Finance

Aman is an insurtech start-up company with our main vision to supercharge & simplify employee health benefit experience in Indonesia, focusing on B2B Product models of health care products as added value.

We are currently looking for a Junior Associate in Finance and Accounting to join us!

:

• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong in logic, meticulous, attention to details, creative to think of corner cases
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Good attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up
• Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)
• 0-3 years of experience of accounting in insurance background
• Fast learner and self-motivated
• Willingness to get things done
