Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset management according to the company's internal control system, and coordinate with various departments to complete regular inventory work
• Helping the sales team related to imports
• Responsible for billing, cost and income accounting, preparation of accounting statements, and assistance in auditing and inspection
• Formulate company financial policies with reference to the financial system of the Head Office and integrated with relevant local regulations and policies
• Responsible for various tax calculations, tax identification for each transaction, tax report - PPh Art 21; PPh Art 23; PPh Badan; PPh Art 4 Ayat 2; PPN, tax declaration and all tax payments. Ensuring that everything is in accordance with applicable regulations and No delay in paying company taxes
• Organize relevant departments to conduct regular warehouse inventory and issue an inventory report
• Responsible for the review of daily reimbursement and payment documents; prepare various vouchers to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of accounting
• Establish/improve the financial policy and process of overseas companies, establish a basic accounting standard system and internal control system
• Responsible for the preparation of related accrual and depreciated vouchers and the calculation of related amortization tables to ensure compliance with the accrual system
• Complete other tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills and good teamwork spirit
• Understanding of accounting, financial analysis and reporting, regulations, taxation
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related
• Background in startup or accounting firm is a plus
• Proficiency in financial related office software and Excel skills, experience in Kingdee ERP is preferred
• Three years or more working experience in general ledger accounting
