1. Demonstrated 360 Recruitment, Finding Clients for our APPS to generate revenue, developing a good understanding of their Industry, what they do, work culture, and environment, and Presenting our Solutions for their needs (Recruitment apps, Learning, and Wellness).
2. Managing end-to-end- recruitment services such as finding the best talent for client's hiring needs through Company Job Portal, and all Social Media, and developing Client MoU, Terms, and Conditions (Privacy Policy) in cooperation with Legal, finance, or other related departments/peers
3. Manage to grow clients and talent to register & do activities in our Apps through activities/campaigns, and unconventional techniques combining every new and old trick in the book
4. Conduct walking interviews, Job Fair or any Project given to shortlist potential candidates to clients needed using advanced recruitment systems and techniques
5. Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

• Agile and Adaptable with change and face paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Great Communication Skills, Creative, cheerful, and confident and demonstrable social networking experience
• Experience as Growth Hacker/Recruiter 360/Head Hunter/Sales B2B in HR Industry is a plus
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated skills in Ms.Office (Excel & PPT)
• Agree to work overtime & tight deadline and target
